Business of Design Week (BODW)
is a celebration of design excellence in Hong Kong.
It offers a rare opportunity for experts and decision
makers from the Government, business and academic
sectors to come together to recognize and address
the role of design in the cultural and economic
growth. Since 2002, BODW has caught the attention
of the world with its vibrant contents and quality
speakers. The participants have gained not only
the latest trend of design and technology, but also
the apocalyptical insight of tomorrow business.
Organized by Hong
Kong Design Centre, with major funding by the
Innovation and Technology Commission, BODW has committed
to bridge closely the business communities and design
professionals. Philipe Starck, Frank Gehry, Tadao
Ando are some prominent speakers shared their insight
at BODW
2004. This annual event will keep bringing new
